Please post the Boinc startup from the Event Log, the first 20 to 30 lines will do, it'll give us a glimpse of what OS it is on, and how you installed it:

I think the problem might be related to the newest nVidia driver released today. Because I noticed in the full log, that this log entry also appears once before I updated Boinc, and that's the only other thing changed. So it might be a problem with GeForce R331 Game Ready Driver 331.82 - WHQL

According to your host id at Milkyway:

http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/show_host_detail.php?hostid=507212

Your have two GeForce GTX 660's and were successfully completing Wu's with Boinc 7.0.64 and 331.65 drivers:

http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=612201232

http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=612201231

Have you allowed Windows to update it's graphic drivers, as opposed to getting them from Nvidia, or have you updated your driver from Nvidia?

Have you been trying to use Remote desktop on that host? (I would have expected Boinc 7.0.28 to say the GPUs have become unusable)

Please confirm that the Monitor is connected to one of the GTX 660 and not to it's internal GPU.

WHQL

That's a Windows driver, which lacks CUDA and OpenCL support. Only drivers from the GPU manufacturer --Nvidia in this case-- contain that support. Get the drivers from them.

Sorry guys, the drivers are from NVIDIA,

And I haven't been using remote desktop ever.

Try uninstalling 331.82 and install 331.65 instead.

The 'recommended' Windows drivers from the NVidia site also carry the WHQL mark, to indicate that they have been tested by Microsoft.

There appears to be some undocumented change in the 331.82 driver - I tested "331.82-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql" - which causes GPU detection to fail with

20-Nov-2013 14:48:31 [---] Caught SIGSEGV in NVIDIA GPU detection
20-Nov-2013 14:48:31 [---] Caught SIGSEGV in OpenCL detection

if BOINC is run without restarting the computer first.

After restarting the computer (and on a sample of one machine only, so far), all seems normal.

I restarted the machine numerous times yesterday (after installation), but it still wouldn't work. But today I turn it on and it works. Curious.
