Hi .. i am brand new to Boinc and running seti@home. I have a Mac OS X 10.7.5 and running Boinc version 7.0.65 .... I just want to know what I am supposed to do? The Boinc manager is open and running the seti task... Status : Running. Do I just leave the program open? Can I quit Boinc?
I am not sure what the procedure is?
thanks for any advice!

Let it run on taskbar, you can minimize it, if it's running, it's running (I suposse)

You can see what BOINC is doing with the screensaver or the Show Graphs option.

You may quit the BOINC manager, but make sure (via exit options) that the BOINC client and thus the science applications stay running.

here is the dialog box message i got when trying to quit the Boinc Manager. I guess I will just "x" out of the manager window itself and not quit the program.
