record -> rewind (yep - she's the dinosaur in the room - and still has a vhs machine :))

I still have a Super VHS machine that works; however, the led display is wearing out, and, the calendar no longer works... The calendar on it stopped at December 31, 2013. I was told to set it to 1997 for 2014; I think 1975 or 1976, (can't remember which), also works.

I have some Doctor WHO on VHS that I don't yet have the money to replace on DVD, yet. I've also recorded Babylon 5 on Super VHS. Those I'd like to get on Blu-Ray; if they're available on Blu-Ray.

Since the UK went digital - I haven't been able to get my machine to record anything off the TV, or tell the time. Tried everything, it just won't! *mystified frown* My son's vhs recorder still works though :)

We're digital here, too, Annie; however, because I have the output of the U-Verse, (cable), box going to the input of the Super VHS, the signal goes through and I can record and play.

Actually; I have a complicated setup with a switch box, a Blu-Ray player, and a DVD Recorder, as well as the Super VHS. It all works. The audio output of the VCR is channeled through to a set of computer speakers with a sub-woofer for stereo effect. (I'm a computer and electronics geek... I can do this.)

Elmer Einstein was a plumber in Mill Valley and friend of BJ Hunnicutt. He would have gone craaazy over the still as rebuilt after BJ got drunk and wrecked the old one.

Fudd, Elmer always chased the wabbit (rabbit), Bugs Bunny. As it turns out wabbit is a word.

I deleted NATE1's #52636 post "Anime" in the Word Link thread, due to him also posting a link to an image that was no longer available. This caused the thread to stop loading, load extremely slowly, partially time out, etc.

Hiding the post didn't fix that, due to that hidden posts and their contents still load, they're just not visible to users. So I resorted to truly deleting the post (delete in database). That fixed the problem.

I thought hidden posts only loaded for mods and admin's, not us lowly peons. Being an admin, you have a cross to bear. ;)

Would it come up in a Google search? If so, it's legal.

I linked the name Kellin, but to refresh your memories, that was the episode where Nog lost his leg. I also recall Nicole de Boer being very excited to have Bill Mumy in the episode, even though she wasn't yet born when Lost In Space was being produced.

Ezri > overseer

According to http://www.abarim-publications.com/Meaning/Ezri.html#.VDf6wqPm6v8, the name Ezri appears once in the Bible. He was, to put it in modern terms, King David's Minister of Agriculture.

(I just wanted to go in a different direction than at Seti Beta.)

Hardware=> my favorite, I don't like software although it's a part of the computer, it gets on my nerves at times. With hardware I know what I'm doing.
