LOL, Syrian test project from 2004? I don't think there's anything done there. They don't even have forums.

I would be reluctant to join a project that doesn't tell us who the researchers are, what it wants to do, where we can discuss it on a forum, or even where it is. We shouldn't need to perform an internet search to discover that it's 30km from Damascus.

Plenty of BOINC crunchers seem keen to join though.

Fairly sure that the BOINC software always starts in the year of 2004. Plus, if you would take a look at the bottom of the page you would see the copyrights say "2013"...
