The project 'Help Conquer Cancer' under 'World Community Grid' are now using a GPU application that are working just fine with High end ATI\AMD cards and some of the Nvidia cards. The speed seams to be 25-30 faster than the old CPU app.

Here are some numbers on running time on different cards...

On my MSI GE70 with an Intel i7-3610QM and an NVIDIA Geforce GT650M, the tasks takes approximately 15 minutes
