Whenever I start Win XP, two manager screens of Boinc Manager display automatically. I can't find anything in Boinc that controls this.

Have you got a Boinc Manager link in your startup folder?, if you have, you can remove it,

What version of Boinc is this on?

So there's nothing in Windows Start->(All) Programs->Startup ??
What happens when you open BOINC Manager->Tools->Options->uncheck "Run Manager at login?"
Do both managers say they're 7.0.28?
