I am getting the same thing on both. I was able to download and analyze from MilkyWay@Home. Did you ever find a solution to your issue?

"No work available to process" - why?

In the case of Setiathome, all the Multibeam work has already been split, leaving just Astropulse, and because the are less Astropulse workunits per tape than Multibeam it is now hit or miss whether you grab any work,

Setiathome Server status page

and since the Servers will be down for air conditioner maintenance during the 14th and 15th January, there probably won't be a substantial amount of work available before the 16th.

In the case of Orbit at home, If NASA doesn't give you a grant, there is no money to do development or produce workunits to send out,

Greetings Everyone,

A few quick updates:
- we are still waiting for news regarding the funding support of orbit@home by NASA; we should hear something soon, likely in Jan 2013, but maybe sometime later than that; news will be posted same day we receive them;
- smaller near-Earth asteroids keep approaching the Earth-Moon system, and there were a couple of interesting events recently: 2012 KT42 and 2012 XE54;
- feel free to follow my twitter account for mostly asteroid-related posts, and then some.

Cheers,
Pasquale

Today we have received news about our proposal to NASA to fund this project. Our proposal was not selected for funding. It was evaluated as highly experimental and not likely to yield substantial improvements in asteroid discovery rate over existing search strategies.
We remain dedicated to this project, and will continue to search for viable ways to support it, but it will take approximately one more year to hear back from the next round of proposals.
We thank all the users who have been long waiting for some good news to see this project resume its activities. We missed this opportunity, but there will be others soon.
