I've tried every different install option I can think of when logged onto a Win 7 Home Premium computer and can not get Boinc to run without an 'allow Boinc to make changes' dialog box when logging into either the Admin or user accounts. Anyone know the right way to install?

Did you ever reboot after installing BOINC?
