I have RDP services installed (no active connections were made), could it be the reason?

Does the boinc.exe process (service!) have access to the graphic libraries/drivers?

RDP should only be a problem if a connection is established.

Try to uninstall BOINC, then reinstall not as a service. In the third screen in the installer, click Advanced, then uncheck the mark on "protected application execution" and continue the installation.

Apropos, I am not completely sure the 3200 is a capable GPU. It doesn't show in the list of capable GPUs.

I am no sure how to check that. Where should I look?

Tried that, no effect. By the way, as far as I understand, should that matter on NT5? I mean, session 0 is isolated on NT6 only AFAIU.

It appears in section called "AMD Chipset" -- 3200 is a part of 780G chipset.

Are they in the path of the BOINC user (generated by the installer) and does that user have access rights to them?

Most of the paths (like C:\windows; C:\windows\system32; C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static) are set as system variable so (unless I need to add additional paths (which ones?) manually) boinc_master (account for BOINC service) has them set too. As for access rights I tried to run the BOINC service an Administrator and tried installing BOINC without a service, that fives the same result (except "Running as a daemon" line changes).
