I am interested in devoting one of my machines, an i5-520M hyper threaded dual core, to nothing but betas.

I visited beta web sites and I just found nothing too inspiring.

Does anyone have any suggestions? On this machine I can run probably eight projects successfully. That's what I am running now.

Beta sites are about testing new types of work units for projects, much the same as the testing of new versions of BOINC.

Testers are expected to try out all of the options of the WUs and their graphics, and try everything they can think of to make them fail, and then report the results of their tests.

Inherently boring, but necessary.
