Hi!
I'm running boinc 6.10.17 on Ubuntu Lucid. I want boinc to run only when my PC is idle, so I set it up to run only after 1 minute of idle time (ie., these are my current settings: http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/259/boincoptions.png ).

However, boinc never starts. Even after 10 minutes of idling, with no mouse/keyboard use. Activity->"Run based on preferences" is checked, and the CPU-usage is around 0-1% all the time, so it is truly idle.

If I check the "while computer is in use" checkbox in the options, all the processes come up and run as they are supposed to.

Upgrading to a newer version of boinc is not really an option (since I then would have to maintain it manually instead of relying on my distribution's packaging system).

Is this a bug?

I take that back. It now for some reason DOES start processing eventually, but then doesn't stop when I use the mouse (using the keyboard does stop the processing, however).
