Just upgraded to BOINC 6.10.18 on my XP SP3 machine and although the GPU is happily chugging away, the CPUs are idle. Here is a sample of the error messages:

Do you have a cc_config.xml with an <ncpus> entry?, if so, removed it and restart Boinc, and do benchmarks manually,
it's meaning has changed since Boinc 6.6.x
