install BOINC.exe --> add project (All project) ????

This is where Boinc installs projects for XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BOINC\

By default, Windows hides files installs here. You need to make them visible by going to the menu in Windows Explorer; Tools > Folder Options > View, and selecting: Show hidden files and folders
