SETI share 10 000
Einstein share 10

Whae SETI out of work Einstein downloads not one but many (currently ~10 tasks) when immediately start them in high priority mode.
That is, host will process einstein exclusively much longer than needed to meet its share (and much longer than work shortage on SETI will be).

So current host RAC on SETI ~3700 and on Einstein ~300 (instead of 3700/100=37 - RAC Einstein should have if BOINC obays project shares).
