I've added 7 projects, but on I only see one tab at the top from one project although the other projects seem to doing something as i read the messages.

How com, how can i use more projects at the same time and look at them?

You must be in the 'Simple view'. It only shows as many tabs as you have Work Unit(s) (WU) that is actively being processed and those partially processed waiting for their turn. At the bottom 'My projects' are icons representing each projects you are attached to.

Switching to Advanced View -
Projects Tab lists the projects you are attached to.
The Tasks Tab will show all the WU that are on your system including the WU's being processed, partially processed and those that haven't started yet.

You may not neccessary see work from every project attached at any one time, as Boinc only gets enough work to keep your cache full. It keep track of how much time it as worked for each project and which project it should get work from to maintain your project resource share.
