The main start page does not seem to have English as a language option, which might be an easy fix that would be good for English speakers abroad.

I am in Korea, and it shows up in Korean, with an option to change the language to a number of languages other than English.

Interesting observation. I changed to French but the only way to revert to English was to delete the language cookie or use Browser default.
