When the transition happened on 12-15, I had processed over 4000 units on Setiathome, on one of my computers and somewhat over 2500 on the other.
Now Boinc is showing more credit for the 2500 unit computer (by quite a bit) than it is the 4000 unit computer.
Why.

BOINC does not show credit on the server side. BOINC does not award, track, fold, spindle, or mutilate credit. We can't see your computers from here, or what they are doing on SETI - you'll have to ask this question over there on the SETI boards.
