I'm running Seti EH on CPU an GPU.

1) The waiting CUDA tasks keep piling up. 120 are waiting to start from 0.01 percent to 100%
2) CUDA tasks stay in memory, up to 8 programs stay in memory.
3) BOINC Manager is almost impossible to work with, it takes sometime a minute to respond with the waiting message.
4) Frequently I get a password message from the manager and have to close the BOINC manager and restart it.
5) CUDA tasks go into fallback mode.
6) Once ever couple of hours BOINC complete stops responding.

What I did is reducing the work buffer to 3 days.
But that leaves me only a .5 or less cuda work buffer, because BOINC thinks the cuda tasks take up to 2 hour instead of the 5 - 10 minutes it actually takes.
