I was sure this would have been covered, but my searches for: BOINC - network, pop-up, popup, notice all resulted in nothing. The BOINC client frequently reminds me that the internet is not accessible. This is not something I need told to me, I know that I am not always connected. I can't seem to find a way to make BOINC just shut up and use the internet if it is available, and sit back and relax if it is not available. Any help? |

Depends on the version of BOINC, but in the latest 6.4 and 6.6 versions go Advanced view->Advanced->Options->slide the Network reminder interval bar to zero. OK out. In older versions this will put up 1 pop-up per second, so do check which version of BOINC you're using. |

Ah, wonderful. I suppose I should have surmised that 0 means don't remind me. Thank you for the help. (BOINC 6.6.x) |
