[I am unable to download http://seti@home.berkeley.edu/ I keep getting the message "Connection Failed-Please Try Again"]
[ I've been getting the same response for weeks. I have turned the firewall "OFF", as suggested by someone, with no results.]
[ Any help would be appreciated since seti is my first choice project.]

[ I am currently running einstein@home on WinXP;1.5GB RAM;160GB(149GB free);AMD Athelon; dial-up modem. I intend to add a 250GB hard drive and video accelerator, later. Then I want to add another (or 2) BOINC projects.]

If you suspect a communication problem there is advice in the BOINC-Wiki. But do check the SETI board for current news. As you are running Einstein, BOINC itself seems to be OK.

>> Yes. So far as I know, the einstein@home is running fine.
From what I've seen in wiki, many others are having problems, especially (it appears) with seti.
I admit I'm not the brightest (computer wise) bulb on the Xmas tree and not only that, I'm lazy! :)
A MERRY cHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all.

>> Checked wiiki again. It lists seti as "unavailable"; so, I guess that answers all my questions.<<
