I get an error 1327: Invalid drive H:\ during the "Computing space requirements". The only option is OK, which cancels the install "The wizard was interrupted before BOINC could be completely installed". I hate installshield.

I don't have a known real drive H: that I know of, only C: through F: hard drive partitions, no DVD. Drives B: and G: are also unused, although they show up in the "Map a drive" option of Explorer. Running WinXP32, latest patches.

Mapping H: to a network drive got me past this problem.

Found out why. Some old install had registry entries pointing to H:. There were about 100 reg entries I had to delete before the installer would run.
