I noticed the following message in my client logs:
"Suspending computation - no recent user activity" - sure enough, the client was supended! Version is 6.4.1 - it's the first time I notice that message with any version.

Is there a setting I am supposed to be using to avoid the client going into idle mode?

thx - Roland

In whatever project you run, go to your computing preferences and set for "Suspend work if no mouse/keyboard activity in last x.x minutes" that it should do this after 0.0 minutes (or --- on some projects). A setting of 0.0 disables this function.

Make sure you save the preferences to the site, then open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Projects tab, select the project you changed this preference on and click Update.

This preference is for those computers that go into hibernating after a set amount of time.

Thank you, Jord - I updated the preferences in that respect.
