Boinc can't/won't finish downloading 3 files
Setiathome_6.03_windows_intelx86.exe
Setigraphics_6.03_windows_intelx86.exe
libfftw3f-3-1-1a_upx.dll

always hangs at around 99% for the first two files, and maybe 60% of the last file.

Work units won't load at all.

I had SETI/Boinc working well onthis computer for years, but with the newer boinc version, it doesn't seem to work. Tried uninstalling/re-installing same version, and older/newer versions. All have the same bug.

Any ideas?

It's not a BOINC problem. Seti has upload and download problems because their bandwidth is maxed out. See the cricket graph. Please continue following progress on this on the Seti forums.
