BAM is a third party site for BOINC, we can't give any help on it. Best course of action for you is to read through their FAQs and if you cannot find the answer there, to post it in their forums (if you can reach them). ID: 20050 · |

It's STILL a BOINCstats problem. This site has nothing to do with the other site, or their programs. Perhaps you'll have to create a new user there so that you can post about your problem. ID: 20239 · |

From their FAQ: I've forgot my password/login. Is there a way of retrieving my account information? Yes there is. Try to login to BAM!. When your account info doesn't match, a text box will appear where you must enter the email address with which you're registered in BAM! and your account info will be emailed to that address.
