All 4 of my PC's have been unable to communicate with the abc@home project for a week now and the website is permanently down. Does anyone know what is going on?

There are DNS problems. Adding the lines:

132.229.228.47 abcathome.com
132.229.228.47 www.abcathome.com

to your hosts file solves the problems for the time being.

Our apologies for this downtime! We ran into some DNS trouble with abcathome.com last week and had rather a lot of trouble contacting the people responsible for configuring our DNS. As you have noticed, access should now be restored.

Don't worry, we have no plans to disappear without a word, and thank you for lending your time to our computation!
