I don't think I am running any projects since I changed monitors. Do I just need to reinstall them?

What makes you think that? What do you see when you open BOINC Manager? What do you see when you open Task Manager in Windows, is there still a boinc.exe in the list and an application .exe? Which projects are you attached to?

How did you change monitors? Which Windows?
