Hi,

How I can migrate my configuration and workunits in progress of all active projects in BOINC windows version to Linux version?

Sorry, read the question wrong.

You can't. If you are using Boinc 4.45 or above, you can set it to No New Work, so it crunches the current batch of work units, uploads them and reports them. Then you can install Linux and start with a new host ID, computer description and fresh work units for the Boinc/project app under Linux to crunch.
