Bridge Builder.

I remember this game from a couple of years back. It's a 15 level demo, the only thing in existence. The download link in the above link doesn't work, so get it from here. And let me know how far you got. ;-)

I never managed to get past level 12...

Took me two evenings, but I managed to all of the levels, including Level 15, done. 15 was not pretty or clever, and it was just about as expensive as was allowed, but it worked.

I got most of the others in well below budget.
