1. Click in project commands "No new tasks"
2. Wait till calculations will finish

Actual result
New tasks starts

Expected result
New tasks don't start

This option actually means "don't fetch new tasks from the server" - it doesn't affect any tasks already assigned to your machine.

You can postpone them from the tasks tab, by selecting them in the list and clicking 'suspend' (this assumes that you're looking at them in the 'Advanced' view).
