I'm trying to follow the instructions to report a bug (original bug was the BOINC client fails to delay restarting after an activity suspension) from this page

https://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/ReportBugs

I've created the xml file, but I can't work out which file contains the error logs. Can anyone advise? Thanks

Why don't you start with just telling us what your problem is? Might be easier. Logs can always be done, let's just concentrate on whether you have a bug or just something local.
