Hello everyone,

If iI Click on "My detailed statistics" in boincstats, this comes up.... Participant ID is not available in BOINC combined or has no credit.

Link : http://boincstats.com/de/stats/-1/us...05d93b3ca2c53/

But if I go to my account via PrimeGrid and then click on BOINCstats this comes up here

This is possibly an issue within BOINStats, which is a third party statistics site, not run by the BOINC project, so needs to be reported directly to BOINCStats.
One thing to remember is that some projects require you to authorise the export of your stats (and other info) to third parties - make sure you've given that permission (where you do this varies between projects so it might take a bit of finding, but the first place I would look is on your account page for the project.

The link between BOINC itself and boincstats is made via a 32-byte hash code called the CPID (cross project identifier). You can see truncated versions of those in your two links - and they are different.

It sounds as if you have (or have had) two or more different computers, running two or more different projects, and the CPIDs have not synchronised properly. It's necessary that there's a common pathway, with the same email address, whereby every computer and every project can pass information between them.

Computer 1, running project A
Computer 2, running project B

won't work.

Adding computer 3, running projects A+B, should line things up (over a day or two).
So would adding Project C to both computers 1 and 2.
