Updated BOINC from 7.16.5 with VBox to 7.16.7 with VBox. I had 10 projects running but after the upgrade there were no tasks at all. I've started BOINC Mgr and active tasks are zero. Where are the task folders located? Checked everywhere on my drives but nothing shows up. Hate to lose all the processing data.

Have you checked the client is running? If it isn't, the manager won't show anything.

Default data directory on Windows is C:\Programdata\BOINC which is a hidden folder, so put the path directly in File Explorer's path finder and hit Enter.

/var/lib/boinc-client is the default in Linux. Mac I don't have a clue!

Sorry, Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Found the Program Data folder. In the meantime, BOINC filled up with new tasks.

Thanks.

For some reason, this upgrade wiped the Program Data folder. Project is now filled with new tasks.

Thanks for your help!
