Boostered yesterday with Moderna. No side effects at all from first two which were AZ. Sore arm and shivering a bit this morning. Must be the Moderna one that has the 5G antenna in it.

David has (belatedly) implemented email verification for posting here.

1) When you reach the page that tells you to look for a verification email, there's no "go back to what you were doing" link (i.e., the thread where you were about to post or reply)
2) I got two emails, with different tokens, about a minute apart.

lol, funny, I didn't think existing accounts needed to do this as well. But it doesn't matter. What does is, is it the only time or do we need to do this every time we post?

Of course that simple validation doesn't work, if you register with a valid email account that you have control over.

Grumble: Because my passport has expired, I can't use the on-line service to renew my driving licence but have to go to Post Office and use form D1. Be interesting to see if I get new one by February when old one expires. The really annoying bit is the amount of things I had to fill in before telling me this.

But why would you need a passport to renew a drivers license ? Do they expect you to drive to a foreign country to buy bread or fill up on petrol ?

From the other side of the pond

You need to be able to identify yourself, which you cannot do with expired IDs.
