First job is to check the websites of whichever project(s) you run and confirm this is not some glitch in one of their systems.

If those figures are coming from one of the sites that aggregate the statistics they pull off the individual projects' sites, check each of your projects for a tic box under your account to confirm that you have allowed export of this data. Over the past year or year and a half a lot of projects have started requiring this for export of stats and my guess is that all your credit from one project has just disappeared because of this. It will still be there on the project site.

I've had the same on one of my servers. Turned out, I had swapped some hardware, and the negative credit was just forwarded to a new unit. If your overall statistics don't display the dip, this is what might have happened.

Could be an OS or software upgrade,
A CPU, ram or GPU upgrade,
Or a Mobo or harddrive swap.

Thanks for your help, it was a tic box you talked about. Even more than that, I found 3 projects with it unchecked, and it seems that it was never checked there. I lost 40k before writing here and now got back 505k! Can you imagine that I had all those credits but they were never displayed? What a luck that I found them :) Thank you once again

Thanks for your help, even though my issue wasn't related to HW changes. But weird thing is that the same day the issue appeared, I added more RAM to my PC. But the issue was not related to the PC, it's all about my smartphone stats. Anyway, the issue was that one of my Android projects abruptly became compliant with GDPR and stopped sending my stats to BAM! because of that. I had to mark a checkbox in settings on their site to allow sending my stats to BAM!. I'm glad the community is so friendly here and thank you for your help :)
