I have two Gpus a RX590 and RX550, the RX550 is only for proyects, in the Gpu's setting there are two options "Compute" or "Graphics". Is there a performance difference between the two configurations?

If it's anything like the Nvidia setting,
More than likely it's to tell the driver to use the card as a compute module (extra CPU power) when gaming.
It can't be set to your primary GPU, but to any additional GPU yes.
Setting GPUs to compute will offload some CPU jobs to the GPU.
If disabled, you'll have the option to run another display on the second GPU.

For boinc projects that use GPU crunching, they already enable compute on any GPU that you have enabled and working.
The driver setting shouldn't affect crunching performance.
