OK, it seems simple enough.... but I can't find documentation anywhere about the output of get_simple_gui_info anywhere. Specifically about the time results such as:
checkpoint CPU time: 23658.200000
current CPU time: 23698.040000
estimated CPU time remaining: 29047.624362
Are these values in microseconds, milliseconds, hundreds/tenths of a second, seconds or ???

29047 seconds is 484 hours. It's 20 days.... So I think not seconds...
What is it or where is documentation?

Any help,

Thanks

Values are in seconds, or down to (meaningless) microseconds after the decimal point.

29047 seconds is 484 minutes, just over 8 hours. Better?

Instead of using boinccmd, you could get the same time information already converted into hrs:min:sec by using BOINC Manager -> Tasks tab and clicking the properties button after selecting the task of interest.

Are you needing to use boinccmd because you are running without a display?
Cheers,
Gary.
