WuProp is having database problems.
Have not bee able to login or report completed tasks for over 14 hours now.

Errorm messages on every web page:
Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (08004/1040): Too many connections in /web/sebastien/projects/wuproj_ssl/html/inc/db_conn.inc on line 39

Warning: mysqli::query(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /web/sebastien/projects/wuproj_ssl/html/inc/db_conn.inc on line 63
Database Error

Warning: mysqli::escape_string(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /web/sebastien/projects/wuproj_ssl/html/inc/db_conn.inc on line 262

Warning: mysqli::query(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /web/sebastien/projects/wuproj_ssl/html/inc/db_conn.inc on line 63
