Raspberry Pi 3 RAC?

Someone here uses Raspberry Pi 3? I'm thinking if is viable i buy one to use with BOINC. What's the RAC from it? Cya, Kyoro. |

You can run BOINC on the Raspberry Pi, and a lot of projects support it. See https://boinc.berkeley.edu/projects.php and check for the ARM Linux logo. What the RAC is depends on the project and their application, you'd have to ask at the projects. Do know that it is advised to add cooling to the Pi, as it comes without and running any project actively on the chip will heat it up quite extensively. And while people say you can easily run it at 80C, I wouldn't advice to do so. |
