I did a search on the internet and on the forums and wasn't able to find an answer.

Question: Is there a way to install virtualbox as part of the Boinc installing to someplace other than my C Drive?

Thank you

To clarify: there's no way of changing the VirtualBox installation drive during a combined BOINC+VB installation operation.

But there's nothing to stop you doing two separate installations: download VB from Oracle, and use the non-VB BOINC installer. The net effect will be the same - BOINC will still recognise VirtualBox even if installed separately.

Thank you for your help and answers. I'll download and install vbox separately.

Just a quick note:

Don't download version 5.2. Download the previous version.

5.2 is currently incompatible with BOINC (work is erroring out). The development folks are still working on remedying this.
