One day it was working, then the next, it wasn't. Not sure what happened with the app. Nexus 5 running latest Android version, but no updates were made to either Android, or BOINC when the issue started a few weeks ago. Reinstalled BOINC to no effect. Additionally, despite adding project after reinstalling, nothing shows in the projects list. Any attempt to tap on the project button to view the list results in BOINC crashing.

All bio and physical science projects. At least, those are the ones I originally added. I can't access the project list anymore, since it crashes BOINC.

Can't really update a project if the project list doesn't load though.

I've done yet another reinstall, and it seems to be working. The only thing I did differently this time was with regards to which projects I added. I suspect that whenever I add Quake Catcher, and/or Radioactive@Home to the project list, the issue starts up. I haven't bothered checking if this is true, or which project is the problematic one if true, however.

Both of those 2 projects require a sensor - QCN a movement sensor, and Radioactive@Home a radiation sensor.
Do you have those?
(Usually, a phone, if that's what your Android device is, has a motion sensor, but it may not be accessible to the program now.)

And climateprediction.net doesn't have an Android app and never will.

Odd that climateprediction appeared in the list in that case. I never added anything through custom URLs. QCN should work, as I have an accelerometer. To my knowledge, that is the sensor needed. Radioactive I just added for test purposes. Quite unusual that it's even in the list. What portable android devices come with Geiger counters?

Speaking of, I haven't seen that function in a while, and I was trying to add WUProp manually. Did this function get disabled, or simply moved elsewhere?

QCN should work, as I have an accelerometer. To my knowledge, that is the sensor needed.
Provided the program knows the location of the port used by the accelerometer, and the signals it sends.
e.g. an early external sensor used a uart to communicate, so the QCN program was set up to understand the uart's data strings.
The best way to see if it's working, is to look at your account on the QCN project to see if you're getting credit.
