I have family in the States, Canada, Australia as well as some spread throughout the UK. Even have pleasant in-laws where you are as well as friends. Truthfully, not worried about myself just the youngsters. Even have a brother-in-law recently posted to India by his company.

It would be nice to believe that Trump is playing blind poker to scare those that needs scaring. If he is, it's very high stakes he's playing for & will he know when to check?

If he's for real is an entirely different question.

One thing i do know the answer to that Sirius will be written in the history books for years to come . Honestly i don't know the answer to that and doubt anybody either here or on seti main know . Time will tell and spose we just got to hope "common sence " will prevail , not just Mr Trump as president , Brexit and the Middle East situation and plenty of other situations around the world , just them 3 off the top of my braincell .

That's true. I've stated pretty much the same on my series of threads only to get labelled. No skin off my nose what I get called, had much worse to worry about, but being labelled only shows that whatever point I made hit home :-)

Many have referenced WWII but I feel that it goes back further than that. What led to WWII - a small spark that bled Europe dry in what is known as The Great War. The fools at the top refused to listen to the USA so Europe made Germany suffer & we get WWII.

This time around it could be that the USA refuse to listen to the rest of the world & a small spark will be more deadlier than the one in 1914 - At least if Steve Bannion is anything to go by & he is Trump's "closest" advisor.

Spose we all have got to hope that things never get that far it's inevitable , won't say pray coz i think all organised religion is just control and if i did would be being two faced. Might have a read of mum's bible tho think ther's a book called "revelation" that might apply if the "proverbial" does hit the fan :-)

( was good said "proverbial" and not shi#e hehe ;-) )

Federal judge temporarily blocks Trump’s entry order nationwide
Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!

The so-called president has spoken. Prrffftt, what a clown. It's good there are still law-makers that are above this so-called president and can turn his joke-rules into dust. Or soon you'll be living in the NSUSA: Not So United States of America, as states may just say 'stuff it, we're going our own way'.

I have never in my life been soo happy to have checks-and-balances. Though the last couple weeks has taught me that the US president likely has too much power anyways.

Maybe he is confused and thinks he was elected as God, not just mere president. :)

Trump administration begins altering EPA climate change websites
Alternate truth.

In his poem "The Hollow Men," T. S. Eliot famously wrote: "This is the way the world ends. Not with a bang, but a whimper." It seems the Trump administration may be taking a cue from this prose, potentially killing off climate change programs not with the flourish of announcements and speeches but with behind-the-scenes tinkering instead.

Welcome to the new EPA website, overhauled by Trump’s team
Federal climate plans created under former President Obama, tribal assistance programs, and references to international cooperation have been stricken from the site.

A mention of carbon pollution as a cause of climate change has also been removed and adaptation has been emphasized, indicating an attempt to separate the cause of climate change from the response. Some of the changes — like removing mentions to programs and task forces that have run their course as well as broken links — are housekeeping, according to an agency statement.

Sad.

Donald Trump 'taking steps to abolish Environmental Protection Agency'
Donald Trump will work towards the abolition of the Environmental Protection Agency – and any employees cleaving to the Obama era should be “very worried” by the prospect of Scott Pruitt taking over the agency, a key aide of the president has told the Guardian.

More like a nuclear criticality being reached one neutron at a time.

I suppose being a member of the tea party will have to be added to the DSM.

Mr Trump has only been the president for 16 days if my maths is right ( it's Sunday afternoon here so i don't care if it ain't )
But i think the excrement will hit the spinning metal bades that move air around with this .
The US federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration's request to reinstate a travel ban blocked by a federal judge on Friday.

Here's a lnik to the story
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-38872680

Who ever belived the N.W.O would use Mr Trump as their "figurehead "

But coz you can have to much Trump ( me thinks) there's also this story doing the rounds today about "our" Nigel , it's worth reading for a laff

The story & links are to " The Sun" newspaper but the only "tit" i could see in the article is Nigel :-)

IN THE DOGHOUSE? Nigel Farage shares £4million bachelor pad with glam French politician as Katie Price makes dig at former Ukip leader

The Brexiteer is sharing his West London home with 37-year-old French pal Laure Ferrari

Looks like he might want something in Europe after all hehe ;-)

tRump is making America Great again. He is making it great for fat cat wall street firms!

First he killed the SEC rule that would require your advisor handling your retirement funds to offer you the lowest cost option so you could save more. Now that advisor has to, yes has to, offer you the highest cost option.
See Rump has changed which fiduciary duty the advisor has. The rule he killed made the duty to you the investor. Without this rule the duty is to the advisor's company to make the biggest profit possible!

Rump is also killing Dodd Frank. That was put in place as a stopgap measure to control the excesses of the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act). As you know the CRA is what caused the Great Recession. That law hasn't been changed. It still requires banks to loan money to people who will default. Dodd Frank put a halt to that by preventing banks from lending too much to into default as they had to be able to pass stress tests. Without that every bank will turn into Country Wide Financial / Indy Mac bank. Of course the FDIC will go bankrupt trying to cover the losses and the taxpayer, that is you, will be forced to pay higher income taxes for some decades to cover the losses which will go directly into the pockets of wall street firms. The last part of Dodd Frank is that is prevents banks from placing bets with their depositors money on the stock market. With the huge losses they will be required by the CRA to incur, they will have no choice but to gamble with what little money they have left to try and stay afloat.

Enjoy your great amerika.

(You did see the stock market went wild on the news that they will seize trillions from the banks didn't you?)

Well his ancester was a Pfaelzer, just like me. Not sure which, Great or Grandfather was born just 20 miles from my home. His ancester wanted to return home around 1850 and Germany said no thanks.
I am a proud German Citizen and know I am only a guest here. Yet I hope my status doesn't change, as my kids were born and raised here. Kick me out if you want, but don't deny me visits with my Family.

My personal view. I think Trumps want's to be impeached, so he can clear the way for Hillary.
There is hope.

You are good people. I'd give that reference in a heartbeat, heck I'd even sponsor (and I know what that means).

My personal view. I think Trumps want's to be impeached, so he can clear the way for Hillary.

Unfortunately that means Pence not Hillary. (and she is toast, not sure who the dems will run in 4 years)

There is hope.

That died, especially for anyone not a male WASP. It is likely 8 years of destruction of America, unless it gets so bad, and it is likely to get that bad, that even the red neck alt right is forced to confront reality of their delusions.

On main Wiggo has posted links to two data sets. Red/blue and GDP by state. Very close match.

well, I am a bit angry about the confirmation of DeVos. My son is in public schools. Maybe it's time to consider alternatives.
