- both download and then throw immediate computation errors as their app will not work on newer than Android 4.x.

POGS, Universe and YoYo are fine.

Enigma, I believe, has only produced a "no-pie" app, which does only work on earlier ARM/Android. It's not marked/named as such, though.

Someone mentioned that they are only about 15,000 combinations left from completely searching the entire deencryption data space, so doubtful there will be a new version.
