When I use BOINC 7.4.36, I leave only operate the H24 / 24 programs. They only use 20-25% CPU. When World Community Grid works, it uses 75-80% available (Total CPU = 100%). 7.4.42 With it uses only 35-40% (= 60% Total CPU, so 40% unused). Is it a problem of World Community Grid or problem with the 7.4.42 version? Meanwhile, I continue to use 07.04.36 ... Does anyone has a solution?

There is the default device profile preset at WCG of using 60% CPU time, i.e it's not a problem. Set client to 100% or Activity to Run always and you get full time computing, no matter what client version.

It has been my team's experience that 7.4.42 has an issue with the setting for CPU% being set at 0. Change it to 100% and you should see your utilization go up. In other clients setting it to 0 has by default given the client full use of the CPU but something in 7.4.42 broke it. YMMV
