9	The balloon tooltip behaves oddly.	Didactylos	romw	(Windows only)\r\nIt actually behaves perfectly normally for a balloon message, but since it is being used to provide tooltip information, it behaves strangely. It doesn't appear when you mouseover, instead it pops up a second after you mouse out. It then hangs around (in the way) for several seconds or until you kill it.\r\n\r\nSuggest it be replaced with a regular tooltip, and the balloons be saved for error conditions.
