Configuration for BOINC data directory in the manager GUI

Description

A few configuration options were mentioned in previous discussions on the topics "Moving BOINC data directory" and "Allow user to move/select location of BOINC data".

I would appreciate if the directory selection can not only be performed at installation time.
Would you like to add the capability to adjust this path on the storage tab of the settings dialogue in the manager application?

I don't think this is something that should happen often enough to warrent the additional complexity in the manager.
