Many missing translations strings added (home.php and show_user.php) and trivial fixes in "user.inc".

Description

I add some translations strings to "user.inc" file. Strings are use in to "home.php" and "show_user.php" pages. Trivial fixes - added some missing "\"" at HTML marks.

Patch for "user.inc" and "en.po" included.
