Broken "add it to the wiki to-do list" link at the bottom of each Ticket page

Description

At the bottom of each Trac page, there is a "...please edit it or add it to the wiki to-do list." link, apparently specified relatively to http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/. The Ticket page is possibly placed by one folder level higher and thus the mentioned link http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/WikiTodo?action=edit is missing the "wiki/" subfolder - it points to nowhere:

We couldn't figure out a way to show that link only in wiki pages; at least not without having to edit Trac code itself.
