Please add 1 more setting in BOINC client, as this greatly enchance its flexibility and usability

Hi,

Please look at the attached files. Don't be discouraged with CYRILLIC text seen on screenshots attached, this is not so much important as the enchancement I'd like to ask you to do, as I believe this ench would greatly improve BOINC client flexibility and usability -> encourage more people to use it smoothly and more frequently.

So, wcg_suggestion_02.JPG screen shot shows window, where 2 (two settings are exist for memory usage - we can separately set percentage of memory usage where PC is idle and where PC is used to do common job.

Having that in mind, please look at wcg_suggestion.JPG. We can see only 1!!!! (one) setting for CPU percentage usage. WHY???? This is so narrow and inconvinient!!!!!

PLEASE ADD 2 (two) settings for CPU usage to be set. FIRST should be for CPU usage where PC is idle, SECOND - should be for CPU usage where PC is used for common job (e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel) - that is not so much CPU intensive, but now nobody can separately tune BOINC client for smooth background operations while doing something in WORD/EXCEL.

That setting should be SEPARATE, NOT SINGLE ONE LIKE YOU DO NOW! Please fix or enchance this!
