Preview button sends PMs with language file in Polish

Perhaps as well in other languages. I've tested French and German on top of the regular English, all those preview a message. Then when set the language in Polish, making a PM and pressing the Preview button sends the PM.

I also checked what the preview button does in the forums, there it just doesn't work. No preview of any kind. It's not related to the browser. (checked in IE6 and FF 2.0.0.9)

We found it's due to the pl.po file. It says it is using UTF-8, but it isn't. TJM has made a new pl.po, which he will upload to this ticket shortly.

I have fixed character encoding in pl.po (it was ISO-8859-2 instead of UTF-8). It fixes the 'preview problem' and polish national characters are now displayed correctly on all forum/website pages.
