Windows setup file has truncated version info.

Description

The InstallShield setup file has a truncated description field, and other fields are truncated, too.

Apparently this causes confusion when it is shown by Zone Alarm or in an error dialog.

This is an InstallShield? issue, it'll be resolved on the migration to WiX.
